Grand Rapids and Southfield, Mich., July 29, 2025 – Corewell Health™ William Beaumont University Hospital, Corewell Health Grand Rapids Hospitals and Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital are among Michigan’s top five hospitals, according to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals Rankings for 2025-2026.

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital ranked second in the state. It also ranked ninth nationally for its specialties. To achieve a national ranking, a hospital must demonstrate excellence across various measures including patient outcomes and specialized care.

Corewell Health Grand Rapids Hospitals and Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital ranked third and fourth, respectively, in the state.

U.S. News & World Report generates its rankings by evaluating data from 4,500 hospitals in four different categories, including patient experience, outcomes, care-related factors and expert opinions from physician surveys.

In addition, five Corewell Health hospitals have been recognized as having high-performing specialties, meaning that their specialties are among the top 25% in the nation. The hospitals include Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital (Cancer); Corewell Health Grand Rapids Hospitals (Gastroenterology & GI surgery, Orthopedics, Pulmonology & Lung Surgery); Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital (Gastroenterology & GI surgery, Orthopedics, Pulmonology & Lung Surgery, Urology); Corewell Health Trenton Hospital (Urology); and Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital (Geriatrics, Pulmonology & Lung Surgery).

Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital also was recognized as a hospital for community access in providing high-quality care to underserved populations.
