ROYAL OAK, Mich., July 14, 2025 – Dairy Queen fans are encouraged to continue a long-standing tradition of making miracles happen for children and their families by visiting their local DQ store to celebrate Miracle Treat Day on Thursday, July 31. For every Blizzard® Treat sold on Miracle Treat Day at participating DQ® locations* in Southeast Michigan, $1 or more is donated to Corewell Health Children’s, a Children’s Miracle Network member hospital.

One hundred percent of donations raised in Southeast Michigan remain local and fund exceptional programs and services, vital pediatric equipment, and therapies for the more than 200,000 children treated each year at Corewell Health Children’s in metro Detroit.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the future of healthcare and kids’ lives by raising funds for children’s hospitals across North America. Since 1988, Corewell Health Children’s has been the only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital in the seven-county area of Southeast Michigan. Miracle Treat Day was established in August 2006.

Since 2003, DQ stores have donated more than $1.14 million to pediatric programs at Corewell Health Children’s through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals campaigns.
