Royal Oak, Mich., July 28, 2026 — On Thursday, July 30, Dairy Queen fans are encouraged to continue a long-standing tradition of making miracles happen for children and their families by visiting their local DQ store to celebrate Miracle Treat Day. For every Blizzard® Treat sold on Miracle Treat Day at participating  DQ® locations* in Southeast Michigan, $1 or more is donated to Corewell Health Children’s, a Children’s Miracle Network member hospital.

DQ® and Miracle Treat Day® Facts:

• The 2026 Miracle Treat Day® event is Thursday, July 30.
• The 2026 goal for Miracle Treat Day is to raise more than $30K for Corewell Health Children’s.
• During its 42-year sponsorship, the DQ® brand has raised more than $195 million to support Children’s Miracle Network. 

The summer lineup features the S'mores Blizzard, Cotton Candy Blizzard, and Strawberry Angel Food Cake Blizzard. Additionally, three new flavors recently debuted for the summer soccer season: the Strawberry Mango Mochi, Biscoff Cookie, and Mexican-Style Hot Chocolate made with Abuelita.

Children’s Miracle Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the future of healthcare and kids’ lives by raising funds for children’s hospitals across North America. Since 1988, Corewell Health Children’s has been the only Children’s Miracle Network member hospital in the seven-county area of Southeast Michigan. Miracle Treat Day was established in August 2006.

One hundred percent of donations raised stay in the local Southeast Michigan communities, to fund exceptional programs and services, vital pediatric equipment, and therapies for the more than 300,000 children treated each year at Corewell Health Children’s. The DQ® brand recognizes the importance of memories created with families. Together, we are impacting the health of all kids so they can enjoy moments of happiness for years to come.

Since 2003, DQ stores have donated almost $1.2 million to pediatric programs at Corewell Health Children’s through Children’s Miracle Network campaigns.
