GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Aug. 11, 2025 – Corewell Health™ has been Certified™ as a Great Place To Work®, an internationally recognized benchmark for workplace culture. The certification – based entirely on team member feedback – affirms that Corewell Health team members feel welcomed, cared for and able to make a difference at work.

Through a random sample employee survey administered by Great Place to Work, Corewell Health team members reported feeling valued and supported in their roles. The survey included a cross-section of team members from across the state and in all departments and roles, reflecting overall team member experience.

“Creating a meaningful culture isn’t a one-time achievement,” said Tracie Morris, Chief People Officer, Corewell Health. “It’s something we commit to every day. It’s reflected in how we show up for one another, how we listen and how we lead. This recognition belongs to every Corewell Health team member, and our work continues to ensure that everyone sees themselves in our culture and feels proud to be part of it.”

In the survey, 80% of Corewell Health team members said they felt welcomed when they joined the company, and 78% said they believe people care about each other at Corewell Health. In addition, 78% of Corewell Health team members reported that they feel like they make a difference, and 77% said they feel a sense of pride when they look at what they accomplish.

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified Great workplace. They also are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly and have a fair chance at promotion.
